Get to Know Us

Our team combines years of experience advising charities with in-depth knowledge of the compliance and financial hurdles small charities face today, especially those who are not government registered. Together we are creating a digital community to give you the know-how and resources you need to grow sustainably.

What does it mean to be unregistered? An unincorporated association can be a charity, but it doesn't have to be.

For an unincorporated organisation to be a charity it must have charitable aims and be run for the public benefit. If your group is not charitable you do not need to register with or report to anyone. If your group is charitable, you will need to register with the Charity Commission if your annual income is over £5,000 per year.
